It’s the Gadsden Flag — the snake with the legend DON’T TREAD ON ME beneath it. But a kid is sitting in the annoyed snake’s coils, reading a book. One of the kid’s feet is blocking the T in the legend, so the motto now reads DON’T READ ON ME.
Don’t try to find anything political in this. It’s just silly.
