Cartoon One Oh Seven Seven

Translation

The United Nations scene from the “To Serve Man” episode of “The Twilight Zone.” The giant alien looks embarrassed as the hero waves a big, alien-looking book at the crowd. The book is titled TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. The Hero yells: “It’s a hunting manual! It’s a hunting manual!”

I know I did a “To Serve Man” joke a few months ago. I don’t care.

Here’s a nice little one oh four oh from Ali Redford:

“YES, I’M A GOOD DOG, & SHE IS, & HE IS, & THEY ARE TOO, BUT WHO’S THE BEST DOG?”

I think she does the backs of the dogs’ heads especially well, but what I really like about this cartoon is the way she improved the dialogue (monologue?) from the dog. I repeated it in the caption just in case you have trouble reading it. It feels realer and funnier than what I had written originally. Thanks, Ali!
